Private yoga sessions are designed to help you feel more at ease in your body—balanced, supported, and cared for. Each session may include mindful movement, breathwork, gentle strengthening or stretching, and guided rest. Poses and sequences are adapted in real time based on how your body feels that day. Silence, questions, and modifications are always welcome.
